Spa Receptionist Trainee (M/F)

Missions

• Take care of Guest reservations by telephone, on the Internet and at the point of sale,
• Welcome, orientate and settle guests in the sales outlet,
• Advise Guests to ensure their complete satisfaction throughout the service and help optimize sales by selling complementary products/care,
• Invoice in accordance with hotel procedures,
• Maintain excellent relations with Guests, with confidentiality and discretion,
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond to their requests to ensure optimum satisfaction,
• Participate in the optimal updating of Host Cardexes,
• Help set up work areas (linen, care products, dishes, mignardises, etc.),
• Maintain equipment and take an active part in cleaning tasks, particularly in treatment cabins, in accordance with hotel procedures,
• Promote the various services and products available within the hotel and the Maisons Cheval Blanc,
• Respect hygiene and safety rules
• Ensure that all information and instructions relating to Hosts are passed on to all teams,
• Inform your superiors of any "abnormal" situation concerning safety or the risk of accidents to customers or colleagues.

Diploma/knowledge required :

• Aesthetics training
• Good computer skills
