Spa Receptionist Trainee (M/F)

Responsibilities

• Handle guest reservations by phone, online and at the point of sale,
• Welcome, guide and assist guests in the sales outlet areas,
• Advise guests to ensure complete satisfaction throughout their stay and contribute to revenue growth by promoting and selling additional products or treatments,
• Handle billing in compliance with hotel procedures,
• Maintain excellent relationships with guests, ensuring confidentiality and discretion, 
• Anticipate guests’ needs and respond to their requests to ensure maximum satisfaction, 
• Contribute to the accurate and up-to-date maintenance of guest profiles (Cardex), 
• Assist in setting up work areas (linen, care products, tableware, refreshments, etc.), 
• Maintain equipment and actively take part in cleaning tasks, particularly in treatment cabins, in compliance with hotel procedures, 
• Promote the services and products available within the hotel and the Cheval Blanc Maisons,
• Comply with hygiene and safety regulations
• Ensure that all information and instructions concerning guests are properly communicated to all teams,
• Inform your supervisor of any unusual situation concerning safety or potential accident risks for guests or colleagues.

Profile

Diploma/knowledge required :

• Aesthetics training
• Good computer skills
