Paris is your classroom
Paris, the world capital of gastronomy, becomes your campus. Students experience the city's culture, history, and hospitality first-hand: from luxury hotels and iconic restaurants to world-renowned landmarks and neighborhoods, they discover French savoir-faire at its source.
Specialized Subject Areas
The Junior Summer Institute offers a rich mix of courses, from hospitality management and gastronomy to luxury and customer experience. French language classes complement the curriculum, allowing students to both study and live the French art de vivre.
Engaging and Interactive Courses
The program blends theory and practice: hands-on workshops, behind-the-scenes visits to Parisian institutions, and interactive projects led by hospitality and gastronomy professionals. Students gain practical skills and real-world insight into the luxury industry.
College Preparation
Beyond knowledge, students develop the confidence and savoir-être required for success in higher education and international careers. The Junior Summer Institute provides a strong foundation for future studies in hospitality, gastronomy, or business, while fostering lifelong international friendships.
