Job description
Main tasks
- Check-in customers (passport, address).
- Maintain communication between the housekeeping team and the reception.
- Ensure that external orders (flowers, champagne, wine, etc.) are ready and that the relevant departments have been informed.
- Accompany guests to their rooms by presenting the hotel's various points of sale.
Your profile
- You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to take initiative.
- You hold a BTS in Hospitality Management, equivalent to a 2- or 3-year higher education degree.
- Communication is essential to the smooth running of our services. You have excellent communication skills and understand the importance of high-end customer service.
- You have a good command of French and English.

Located on Avenue Montaigne, next to the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées, the Hôtel Plaza Athénée embodies French luxury in a district that has become the epicenter of Parisian haute couture.
Built in 1911 by hotelier Jules Cadillat and inaugurated in April 1913, the Hôtel Plaza Athénée stands on Avenue Montaigne, laid out in 1850 and lined with sumptuous mansions and renowned cabarets. The hotel quickly established itself as one of the most sought-after palaces in the City of Light, even doubling its size during the Roaring Twenties.
In 1936, the iconic brasserie Le Relais Plaza opened its doors. Revolutionary for its time, Constant Lefranc’s Art Deco design was inspired by the Normandie ocean liner’s first-class dining room.
The opening of the Maison Christian Dior in 1946, just steps from the hotel, marked the beginning of a close relationship with couture, soon joined by other designers on Avenue Montaigne. The avenue became the beating heart of Parisian fashion, and the Hôtel Plaza Athénée the preferred meeting place for its clientele.
