The person we're looking for will be responsible for collecting information on our customers and enriching their profiles in our CRM. This will enable our various departments to get to know our customers better before they arrive, and to anticipate their expectations. She will work mainly with the Guest Experience, Front Office, Guest Relations and Creative teams, with whom she will share the information needed to create a personalized and unique experience.
