Main tasks
- You will be responsible for entering customer feedback into our internal Nexus CRM.
- You assist the Customer Relations Manager and the researchers with their respective tasks.
- You assist the Guest Experience department in preparing guests’ stays, always with the goal of delivering a true Haute Couture Experience.
- You contribute to setting up and monitoring VIP treatments and services.
Your profile
- You hold a degree in hospitality.
- You have an excellent appearance and presentation.
- You are creative, meticulous, and discreet.
- You are proactive and able to make suggestions.
- You have solid knowledge of IT tools, and proficiency in Opera/Fidelio would be an asset.
- You have an excellent command of English.

Located on Avenue Montaigne, next to the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées, the Hôtel Plaza Athénée embodies French luxury in a district that has become the epicenter of Parisian haute couture.
Built in 1911 by hotelier Jules Cadillat and inaugurated in April 1913, the Hôtel Plaza Athénée stands on Avenue Montaigne, laid out in 1850 and lined with sumptuous mansions and renowned cabarets. The hotel quickly established itself as one of the most sought-after palaces in the City of Light, even doubling its size during the Roaring Twenties.
In 1936, the iconic brasserie Le Relais Plaza opened its doors. Revolutionary for its time, Constant Lefranc’s Art Deco design was inspired by the Normandie ocean liner’s first-class dining room.
The opening of the Maison Christian Dior in 1946, just steps from the hotel, marked the beginning of a close relationship with couture, soon joined by other designers on Avenue Montaigne. The avenue became the beating heart of Parisian fashion, and the Hôtel Plaza Athénée the preferred meeting place for its clientele.
