Main tasks

  • Support restaurant teams with operational tasks when required.
  • Contribute to project development and update the annual F&B events calendar.
  • Manage meeting follow-ups for each department.
  • Also responsible for specific projects in collaboration with the various departments of the Plaza Athénée (menu development, decoration, communication, etc.).
  • Responsible for HACCP monitoring (regular procedure checks, follow-up of action plans after audits, etc.).

Your profile

  • Hospitality degree (BTS or equivalent, bac +2 / bac +3).
  • Strong team spirit and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong awareness of customer service.
  • Fluent English required.

Located on Avenue Montaigne, next to the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées, the Hôtel Plaza Athénée embodies French luxury in a district that has become the epicenter of Parisian haute couture.

Built in 1911 by hotelier Jules Cadillat and inaugurated in April 1913, the Hôtel Plaza Athénée stands on Avenue Montaigne, laid out in 1850 and lined with sumptuous mansions and renowned cabarets. The hotel quickly established itself as one of the most sought-after palaces in the City of Light, even doubling its size during the Roaring Twenties.

In 1936, the iconic brasserie Le Relais Plaza opened its doors. Revolutionary for its time, Constant Lefranc’s Art Deco design was inspired by the Normandie ocean liner’s first-class dining room.
The opening of the Maison Christian Dior in 1946, just steps from the hotel, marked the beginning of a close relationship with couture, soon joined by other designers on Avenue Montaigne. The avenue became the beating heart of Parisian fashion, and the Hôtel Plaza Athénée the preferred meeting place for its clientele.
