Missions
To support the international development of the Angelina brands, we are currently looking for a work-study student to join our team as an International Franchising Assistant starting in September 2025. You will be entrusted with various tasks:
Franchise monitoring and support :
- Participation in franchisee follow-up meetings (operations, business, marketing, HR) and drafting of minutes in English.
- Participation in competitive intelligence in countries where Angelina is present.
- Formatting of recipe data sheets to support chefs and translation into English.
- Participation in ad hoc projects (training franchisees in France, monitoring menu launches, opening projects, formalizing new procedures, etc.).
Marketing :
- Participation in brainstorms for new pastry collections and menus.
- Update of marketing news "calendar operations" on the extranet dedicated to Angelina franchisees.
- Monitoring of franchisees' social networks and preparation of quarterly social network reports (compliance with charter, digital best practices, responses to customer comments, referencing: The Fork, Google).
Finance :
- Analysis of franchisees' monthly sales by product, site, month, revenue center (boutique/tea room).
- Monitoring of franchisees' monthly sales and royalty billings.
Profile
Interested in gastronomy, patisserie and the world of luxury, you are looking for experience in the restaurant business for your Master's work-study program (1,2). You have a strong capacity for analysis and synthesis, as well as rigor and organization.
A good level of English is required (written and spoken), as well as a command of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...). Field knowledge of the foodservice sector is also required.
You want to join a young, dynamic team. A sweet tooth would be a plus!
