International Franchise Assistant

Responsibilities

To support the international development of the Angelina brand, we are currently looking for a work-study student to join our team as an International Franchising Assistant starting in September 2025. You will be entrusted with various missions:

‍

Franchise monitoring and support:

• Participation in franchisee follow-up meetings (operations, business, marketing, HR) and drafting meeting minutes in English.
• Participation in competitive market analysis in countries where Angelina is present.
• Formatting recipe sheets to support chefs and translating them into English.
• Participation in ad hoc projects (training franchisees in France, monitoring menu launches, opening projects, formalizing new procedures, etc.).

Marketing:

• Participation in brainstorming sessions for new pastry collections and menus.
• Updating marketing content such as “calendar operations” on the Angelina franchisee extranet.
• Monitoring franchisees’ social media and preparing quarterly reports (brand compliance, digital best practices, customer comment management, and search optimization on platforms such as The Fork and Google).

Finance:

• Analysis of franchisees’ monthly sales by product, location, month, and revenue center (boutique/tea room).
• Monitoring franchisees’ monthly revenue and royalty invoices.

Profile

‍

Interested in gastronomy, pastry, and the world of luxury, you are seeking experience in the restaurant industry for your Master's work-study program (1,2). You demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as rigor and attention to detail.

A good level of English (written and spoken) is required, along with proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Practical knowledge of the foodservice sector is also essential.

You are eager to join a young and dynamic team. A passion for gourmet food is a plus!
