Job description
Reporting to our Slot Machine Manager, you will join a young and dynamic team of 40 people at our Resort, a 5* Hotel with a Spa, a Casino with 308 slot machines, two restaurants (gastronomic and brasserie), three bars, a seminar area, a theater and a staff of 280.
You will be responsible for providing a warm and professional welcome to visitors and customers, directing them and answering telephone calls.
YOUR MAIN TASKS, DAY AND NIGHT, WILL BE TO...
- Physical and telephone reception, customer checkrooms and show ticketing.
- Develop and maintain a sense of service and customer relations by welcoming, informing and directing customers to the various points of sale (casino, bars, restaurants, theater).
- Maintain and ensure the proper operation of the equipment provided.
