Apprentice Host/Hostess

Reporting to our Slot Machine Manager, you will join a young and dynamic team of 40 within our Resort, a 5-star Hotel with a Spa, a Casino featuring 308 slot machines, two restaurants (gastronomic and brasserie), three bars, a seminar space, a theater, and a total staff of 280.

You will be responsible for delivering a warm, professional welcome to visitors and customers, assisting them, and handling phone calls.

YOUR MAIN TASKS, DAY AND NIGHT, WILL INCLUDE…

• Handle in-person and phone reception, customer cloakrooms, and show ticketing.
• Foster and maintain service excellence and customer relations by welcoming, informing, and directing guests to the various outlets (casino, bars, restaurants, theater).
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of the equipment provided

Apprenticeship contract – 35h/week

Monthly salary above the legal minimum, depending on diploma – Apprentice status

Rotating and flexible schedules

Work on weekends and public holidays – venue open 365 days a year

Start date January 2025.
