The responsibilities
For our Maison Cheval Blanc Paris, we are looking for a Room Apprentice for our Café Maxime Fréderic x Louis Vuitton (M/F).
The apprentice is responsible for setting up and maintaining the outlet in a clean and well-stocked condition throughout the shift. They liaise with suppliers (kitchen, purchasing, cellar, stewarding, etc.), assist the head waiter, and ensure customer satisfaction.
 
These duties are subject to change to meet the company’s needs and to foster the full development of the jobholder’s skills. Such changes cannot be considered a modification of the employment contract, provided they do not reduce the employee’s level of qualification.
 
Main responsibilities:
- Clean and set up the outlet in line with hotel and restaurant procedures
- Take part in food and beverage service
- Clear and clean during service
- Maintain and clean service equipment
- Coordinate with the kitchen, purchasing, cellar, stewarding, etc.
- Ensure the outlet is properly stocked to guarantee optimal use conditions
- Strong customer service skills
- Promote the services and products available within the hotel and the Cheval Blanc Maisons,
- Inform your supervisor of any unusual situation concerning safety or potential accident risks for guests or colleagues.
Your profile
Diploma/knowledge required :
- Training in Hospitality/Restaurant management
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality or fine dining restaurants
- Solid knowledge of gastronomy

Know-how / Required technical skills.
- Strong sales and communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and Micros is an advantage.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
