Work-study program - Receptionist (M/F)

SUMMER SEASON 2025 – POSITION WITH MEALS AND ACCOMMODATION IF REQUIRED
Role and Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests upon arrival with care and attention
• Escort guests to their rooms in the hotel or chalet
• Build customer loyalty through warm and personalized relationships
• Handle guest objections or feedback, ensuring timely and appropriate responses
• Carry out guest check-in and check-out in compliance with internal procedures
• Inform guests about stay conditions, formalities, and hotel services
• Manage the reception desk
• Handle phone calls and reservations
• Complete the reservation schedule and ensure compliance with room types
• Ensure proper application of the hotel's pricing policy (rate values, opening and closing of rates)
• Communicate necessary information to other departments (housekeeping, technical, etc.) and to team members
• Follow billing and payment procedures
• Handle the assigned cash float
• Clean and tidy the reception and front desk area
