SUMMER SEASON 2025 - FOOD AND LODGING POSITION IF REQUIRED
Role and Missions :
- Greet customers as soon as they arrive with care and attention
- Accompany guests to their rooms in hotels and chalets
- Contribute, through a warm and personalized relationship, to building customer loyalty
- Handle any objections and/or comments from the customer; ensure that a response is provided as quickly as possible
- Carry out check-in and check-out operations in compliance with internal procedures (check in - check out)
- Inform guests about hotel conditions, formalities and services.
- Manage reception
- Manage telephone calls and reservations
- Fill in the reservation schedule and respect the room type
- Ensure the correct application of the hotel's pricing policy (value of rates, opening and closing of rates)
- Pass on necessary information to other departments (floors, technical, etc.) and to other members of the department
- Respect billing and collection procedures
- Manage the cash float entrusted to it
- Clean reception, counter and tidy up

- You have good interpersonal skills
- You have a sense of welcome and service
- You are available and responsive
- You have a commercial mindset as well as the ability to listen and anticipate.
- You are diplomatic and have good organizational skills.
- You speak English fluently, a second foreign language is desirable
