The main missions:
Ensure optimal quality of service in compliance with HACCP standards and Paris Society quality standards
- Ensure all preparations inherent to his station while respecting the instructions of the recipes concerning the methodology, the calendar and the characteristics of the presentations and anticipate the preparations necessary for the following service
- Respect and ensure strict application of hygiene procedures and ensure compliance with the cleaning process for the equipment and materials at the station
- Respect and ensure the proper functioning of your station by respecting the Paris Society standards
Assist other members of the brigade in preparing the ingredients needed for cooking.
- Report technical or human difficulties to your section head, sous-chef or head chef
- Participate in department-related meetings and be able to communicate with different hierarchical levels
- Participate in the reception of goods and ensure their quality and quantity (checks on expiry dates)
- Ensure all preparations for service

Know-how:
- Know all current hygiene procedures and HACCP standards
- Know and master all the techniques necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the station
- Know the quality standards of the Paris-Society group.
- Know the general organization of the kitchen.
- Know all the ingredients and products involved in any culinary preparation
- Be able to manage the merchandise relating to his/her station and/or all the stations
- Know and execute all recipes and menus related to your station to ensure quality and consistency.
