Main responsibilities:
Ensure optimal service quality in compliance with HACCP standards and Paris Society quality guidelines
- Perform all preparations related to your station while following recipe instructions on methodology, timing, and presentation, and anticipate the preparations required for the next service
- Ensure strict application of hygiene procedures and compliance with cleaning processes for station equipment and materials
- Ensure the proper functioning of your station in compliance with Paris Society standards
Assist other brigade members in preparing ingredients needed for cooking
- Report technical or personnel issues to the section head, sous-chef, or head chef
- Take part in service-related meetings and be able to communicate across different hierarchical levels
- Take part in receiving goods and ensure their quality and quantity (including expiry date checks)
- Carry out all preparations for service

- Understand the overall organization of the kitchen.
- Know all ingredients and products involved in any culinary preparation
- Ability to manage supplies related to your station and, if needed, all other stations.
- Know and execute all recipes and menus related to your station to ensure consistent quality.
