Work-study program - Assistant Bursar (M/F)

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Executive Assistant and the Bursar, you will be a key player in the smooth running of the bursary. Your tasks will be varied and will include:

• Supply management: place orders with suppliers, receive goods, check compliance, and store them in the designated areas.
• Monitoring and control: ensure efficient distribution to requesting departments (kitchen, restaurant, housekeeping, etc.) and oversee proper stock management.
• Analysis and optimization: contribute to cost monitoring, analyze sales from different outlets, check invoicing, and carry out pricing studies to optimize purchasing.
• Inventory management: take part in monthly inventories and suggest improvements for more efficient stock management.

Profile sought

• You are preparing a degree in hospitality or accounting (Bachelor’s to Master’s level) for the 2025 academic year.
• You are looking for an environment of excellence to refine your skills and grow your expertise.
• You are organized, meticulous, and autonomous, with a strong eye for detail.
• You demonstrate responsiveness and strong analytical skills
• Fluency in English is required, and a second language is a valuable asset
