Breakfast Service Intern (M/F/X)

Job description
As a breakfast service intern, under the supervision of the Breakfast Manager, the Executive Housekeeper, and their assistant, you will have the opportunity to:
- Set up the breakfast service (buffet, table setting)
- Greet and assist guests with elegance and professionalism, recording their names for billing
- Ensure the replenishment and cleanliness of the breakfast area
- Assist guests with hot and cold beverages
- Ensure guest satisfaction and respond to their requests
- Provide room service
- Participate in dishwashing and cleaning tableware
- Manage specific guest requests (intolerances, dietary preferences…)
- Receive orders and monitor stock levels
- Adhere to hygiene standards
- Clear tables and restore the dining room and pantry at the end of service
Contracted internship - 35 or 39 hours per week contract
Dates to be determined: June to September 2026
Qualifications:
Customer service skills
Autonomy and initiative
Strong verbal communication skills
English proficiency
A strong passion for pastry and homemade items
