Job description
You will report to the Bar Manager.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Welcoming, advising, and retaining customers (with a strong operational presence on the floor)
- Actively participating in creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere while adhering to established service excellence standards
- Ensuring the smooth execution of the service sequence
- Being proactive in proposing ideas for the development of drink and food menus
- Acting as an Ambassador for Le Botaniste Bar to our clientele and partners (spirit houses, suppliers, brand ambassadors, specialized press, etc.)
- Providing operational and administrative support to the Head Bartender
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- You must be energetic and professional
- Student in a hospitality school
- Organized and autonomous
- Available and flexible
- Punctual and reliable
- Excellent presentation
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Genuine passion for the world of bars and spirits
- Fluent in English.
