We are looking for our "Apprentice Receptionist" at Adagio access Paris Quai d'Ivry. As a key player within 'Le Cercle', our space that redefines traditional hospitality, you will support guests from arrival to departure to ensure they have the best possible experience.
Your responsibilities, should you accept them?
·You'll be our guests' guide and travel buddy throughout their stay! ·You're the expert in guest satisfaction, anticipating and resolving any small issues with a warm welcome and personalized solutions.
·You'll tell guests about all the cool adventures to be had in and around the city, so they don't miss a single opportunity to have fun.
·You'll announce all the cool events and services at the aparthotel like a true master of ceremonies!
·You'll promote our offers and loyalty program to our guests, like the true ambassador you are!
·You'll juggle invoices and payments, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
