Job description
The spa at Domaine des Vanneaux is looking for its future Apprentice Spa Manager.
Supporting the Spa Manager, you will be involved in all their duties and gain experience in all aspects of the Spa and wellness world:
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the wellness area.
- Client reception and phone calls
- Product and service sales
- Activity supervision and sales monitoring
- Scheduling and team management
- Treatment scheduling and adherence to protocols.
- Accounting and financial management
- Supplier and service provider relationship management
- Customer satisfaction management
This list of tasks is not exhaustive.
You will also perform face and body treatments, waxing, and manicures and pedicures.
About You
- You hold a diploma in aesthetics, CQP Spa Practitioner, or CQP Spa Manager.
- Knowledge of Cinq Mondes and Biologique Recherche brands would be a plus.
- Fluency in English is essential.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and can remain smiling and approachable in all situations. You are a team player while also being able to work independently quickly. Join us!
