About You

Be part of an adventure with a passionate team striving for excellence.

You'll need to be rigorous in ever-changing situations and creative to tackle new challenges daily.

You will love your work and proudly serve our clients.

In addition, you will:

Help with the quantitative and qualitative control of all materials and goods used for events, and participate in inventories.
Ensure the optimal use of equipment in collaboration with stewarding.
Be responsible for the speed and quality of services.
Master the menu and be proactive in offering suggestions.
Participate in setting up the back-of-house areas with the section chefs, commis, and interns, and ensure their cleanliness after each event.
