Job description
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming, informing, and assisting clients to ensure a high-end and personalized experience within the Spa & Club.
- Managing reservations, processing payments, handling gift vouchers, product sales, and administrative management of appointments.
- Thorough knowledge of the Spa and Hotel's services, facilities, rates, offers, and procedures, including quality and safety standards.
- Operational coordination with therapists, spa teams, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service.
- Managing client requests and complaints with responsiveness, professionalism, and a constant focus on client satisfaction.
- Ensuring cleanliness, stocking of spaces, adherence to presentation standards, and supporting daily operations (inventories, meetings, manager replacement if necessary).
