Events Management Trainee

Missions

• Preparation and presentation of sales proposals:
• Creation of customized sales proposals, reflecting the unique expectations of each customer and the exceptional possibilities offered by our event venues
• Reservations and management on Nexus and Opera:
• Use of Nexus in-house software for efficient booking management, ensuring seamless organization and precise tracking of planned events.
• Preparation of Pro Forma contracts and invoices:
• Establishment of event and group contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and preparation of pro forma invoices.
• Coordination with external service providers:
• Manage relationships with external service providers, ensuring that every aspect of the event is in line with customer expectations and hotel standards.
• Maintain regular communication with all hotel departments to ensure optimal organization of events.

Profile

• You are passionate about the world of luxury hotels and events.
• You demonstrate a high level of rigor, a keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a demanding environment.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to communicate effectively with an international clientele.
• You are fluent in spoken and written French and English.
• You are at ease with computer tools
