Groupe Barrière recruits for the forthcoming opening of a new 5* hotel in Paris
You will work under the responsibility of the F&B Manager and the supervisory team. You will work in a team of 9 people.
In a privileged environment, you'll give our exceptional guests your undivided attention.
Play your part in the success of this opening in the heart of Paris!
- Welcome customers and ensure quality service at the bar to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Produce consumption according to technical specifications
- Set up the bar and take part in events
- Receive products, monitor stock levels, identify supply requirements and draw up orders
- Create a festive atmosphere by livening up the place
- Ensure and control cleaning and tidying

- A good knowledge of the standards and requirements of the luxury sector
- Meticulous presentation
- A keen sense of customer service, with meticulous attention to detail and quality
- A smiling, dynamic and attentive personality
- Excellent command of English and other languages a plus
