Missions

• Our Room Service Trainees assist Room Service Managers during their working day. This means, among other things, organizing and preparing orders for room service and managing the mini bar.
• They also ensure quality standards and set up reception services.
• Depending on the activity, our trainees may have the opportunity to discover the hotel's various catering outlets.
• Some of our guests may have special requests or they may have chosen us for a special occasion.
• Most of these requests are handled by our Room Service Trainees.
• Personality, Passion, Respect, Collaboration and Creativity are the values that guide each of us every day. The ambition of our Room-Service trainees is to take action and help write our history.
• Communication is the key to the smooth running of our services.
• Our Room-Service Trainees must communicate with other departments and all hotel teams to ensure the same level of service.
