Prerequisites

Job description

Missions  

  • You'll be creative in finding new products for the hotel's various points of sale.
  • You will be in charge of up-to-date inventories of the hotel's VVA (crockery, glassware, silverware) and small kitchen equipment.
  • You will be in charge of sourcing new foodservice products.
  • You will be the link between the kitchens and the sales outlets for all equipment-related matters.
  • You will be involved in managing orders and receiving deliveries of VVA (crockery, glassware, silverware).
  • You will supervise the Stewarding team of around 20 people on a daily basis.
  • You'll coordinate the various catering outlets and help with the logistics of all F&B events.
  • You'll be in charge of managing breakage to understand its causes.
  • You will participate in the training of new team members.

Profile

  • You have hotel management training.
  • You have excellent presentation skills.
  • You have excellent organizational skills.
  • You are autonomous and rigorous in your work.
