Job description
Revenue (Main tasks):
- Verify revenue from the various outlets.
- Ensure consistency across reports from the different revenue centers.
- Prepare the daily sales statistics report.
- Ensure the accuracy of statistics: overnight stays, market segments, covers, etc.
- Record the sales journal in general accounting.
- Prepare the daily report of complimentary F&B.
- Verify the general cashier’s cash report.
- Process customer requests for duplicate F&B invoices.
Debtors (ad hoc tasks):
- Process daily city ledger entries.
- Review and process agency commission payments.
- Verify and send invoices within 48 hours; for group banquets, within 5 days.
- Handle client requests for duplicate accommodation invoices.

In 1936, the iconic brasserie Le Relais Plaza opened its doors. Revolutionary for its time, Constant Lefranc’s Art Deco design was inspired by the Normandie ocean liner’s first-class dining room.
The opening of the Maison Christian Dior in 1946, just steps from the hotel, marked the beginning of a close relationship with couture, soon joined by other designers on Avenue Montaigne. The avenue became the beating heart of Parisian fashion, and the Hôtel Plaza Athénée the preferred meeting place for its clientele.
