Internship - Executive assistant (M/F)

Missions

Reporting to the Director of the establishment, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Help prepare the 2025-2026 winter season
• Help organize management travel and meetings
• Manage management expense accounts
• Monitor contracts with external service providers
• Ensure internal and external communication between management and department heads
• Prepare minutes of meetings and various presentations
• Update procedures for the 2025-2026 winter season
• Carry out various tasks and assignments related to the department's activities

‍TheExecutive Assistant will also provide real support to the various administrative and operational departments before and during the season:‍Human Resources:

• Help welcome employees: check-in, sign administrative documents, tour the hotel, etc.
• Participate in recruitment,
• Assist with HR switchboard and email handling

Catering :

• Help manage the Restaurant's switchboard
• Manage invoicing and collection for Gala evenings
• Help welcome and place customers

Reservations :

• Help with proposals and confirmations,
• Track and record deposit payments
• Participate in event follow-up

‍Profile:

‍Youare studying for a Master's degree (Bac + 4 / Bac + 5) in Hospitality or Business School.

You have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

You have one or more years' experience in operational services in the hospitality industry.

You have a good command of IT tools.

You are quick to adapt and versatile.

Passionate about the hotel and restaurant business, you are responsive, rigorous and methodical in carrying out the tasks entrusted to you.

You are organized, discreet and confidential.

You have the ability to adapt to a seasonal rhythm.
