Missions
You'll be responsible for orchestrating the service, ensuring a warm welcome and Haute Couture follow-up, so that our customers always enjoy an exceptional experience.
What's more, you can use the Micros terminal to take commands with precision and accuracy.
By joining us as a Maître d'Hôtel for our Outside Events, you will be attached to the Plaza Athénée but will have the opportunity to run events in a venue outside the hotel, within a Hôtel particulier. You have a unique opportunity to become the best in your field. You'll learn not only from your colleagues, but also from our training academy, to achieve the highest standards of professionalism, service and leadership, and become a legend yourself.
Profile
You'll bring your unique personality and passion to the job and the team.
You:
You have a BTS in hotel and catering management or higher education in hotel management.
At least 2 years' experience in a supervisory position in a similar category establishment.
You are dynamic and have a sense of responsibility.
Excellent presentation, flexibility and adaptability.
Communication is essential to the operation of our services. You have excellent communication skills and know the importance of good customer service.
French is the main language spoken in our hotel. You can communicate easily in this language as well as in English.
