Dining Room Assistant

We are looking for an apprentice Apprentice Dining Room Assistant.

Start: September 2026

Duration: 12 to 24 months

Status: Apprenticeship contract only

YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Skills and Customer Relations:

• Ensure high-quality service and customer reception
• Participate in setting up service areas, as well as tidying and cleaning the premises and equipment
• Set tables
• Assist with setting up service equipment
• Welcome, guide & advise customers on their choices
• Clear tables and reset cutlery
• Ensure the longevity of equipment available at service points
• Know the food and beverage offering of your service point, as well as the hotel's other services

Sales/Commercial:

• Be proactive and advise customers on the various services offered
• Attentiveness and respect for client requests
• Contributing to customer loyalty through quality service
• Being knowledgeable about the hotel's services, informing guests about them based on their requests, and encouraging their use
• Participating in payment processing operations

ABOUT YOU:

• CAP, BEP, BAC PRO, or BTS qualification
• Availability, responsiveness, and dynamism
• Listening and analytical skills
• Enjoyment of teamwork
• Professional appearance
• Enjoyment of challenges
