Missions

• Clean and set up the point of sale according to hotel and restaurant procedures,
• Participate in food and beverage service,
• Prepare hot drinks, fruit juices and other beverages in the galley, as well as baskets of pastries, toast, etc,
• Clearing and cleaning during service,
• Maintain and clean service equipment,
• Liaise with the kitchen, commissary, cellar, stewarding, etc,
• Ensure that the store is stocked in such a way as to optimize conditions of use,
• Know, implement and ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene standards,
• Constantly develop a commercial attitude towards customers (reception, placement, checkroom, service, departure),
• Participate in supplying in-room bars and setting up customer reception areas,
• Promote the various services and products available within the hotel and the Maisons Cheval Blanc,
• Inform your superiors of any "abnormal" situation concerning safety or the risk of accidents to customers or colleagues.

Profile

Diploma/knowledge required :

• BEP/CAP Cuisine or BAC PRO Restauration
• Knowledge of HACCP hygiene rules
• Knowledge of luxury hotels or star-rated restaurants
