Missions

• Our Apprentice Sommelier is responsible for providing sommelier service during his or her working day. This means, among other things, tidying up and checking the day's cellar, checking the wine lists and providing room service to ensure that our staff can work in the best possible conditions to give our guests the best possible experience.
• He or she is responsible for assisting with the setting up of glasses in the room, and for checking wines by the glass and champagne by the glass.
• He will also have the opportunity to take part in wine tastings.
• Some of our guests may have special requests or they may have chosen us for a special occasion. It's up to us to accommodate most of these requests.
• Personality, Passion, Respect, Collaboration and Creativity are the values that guide each of us every day. The ambition of our Apprentice Sommelier must be to act in order to help write our history.
• Communication is the key to the smooth running of our services. Our Apprentice Sommelier must communicate with other departments and all hotel teams to ensure the same level of service.
• Sharing information is essential. With a view to offering the same quality at every level, our Apprentice Sommelier is specifically trained in both our establishment's working methods and those of his department.

Profile
