Missions

  • Our apprentice customer experience coordinators are in contact with all the hotel's operational teams during their working days. Their primary mission is to take over the management of the reservation once the customer's stay has been confirmed. In a way, they are the guarantors of the reservation until the customer physically arrives at the hotel.
  • They are in contact with the end customer or travel agent by e-mail or telephone before arrival, to prepare the stay as well as possible. They do their utmost to offer a personalized welcome.
  • Some of our guests may have special requests, or they may have chosen us for a special occasion. Most of these requests are handled by our apprentices.
  • Personality, Passion, Respect, Collaboration and Creativity are the values that guide each of us every day. The ambition of our apprentices is to take action and help write our history.
  • Communication is the key to the smooth running of our services. Our apprentices must communicate with other departments and all hotel teams to ensure the same level of service.

  • The hotel's main language is French, but our trainees must be comfortable communicating in English with our international clientele.
