The Resort Barrière Lille is looking for a Kitchen Apprentice

Reporting to our Chefs de Cuisine, you will join a 40-strong team at our Resort, a 5* hotel with a Spa, a Casino, two restaurants (gastronomic and brasserie), three bars, a seminar area, a theater and a staff of 280.

You will report to the Apprentice Master, who will help you set up and prepare dishes.


Missions

  • Support the chef de partie in running the service and contribute to team cohesion
  • Set up, clean and prepare equipment
  • Provide service according to instructions and guidelines (cooking, preparation, decoration, etc.)
  • Respect and ensure respect for health and safety rules set by the Chef and Management in accordance with HACCP principles.
  • Keep your workstation clean.

Apprenticeship contract - 39h/week
Monthly salary above legal minimum depending on diploma - Apprentice status
Rotating and variable working hours
