Your mission within the Lancôme Make-Up teams: collect from the various departments all the information relating to the product for which an artwork is requested (launch date, ingredient list, decoratable area, made in, capacity, logistics codes, etc.).

This includes :

  • Translate product sub-definitions by contacting the countries concerned directly. Scope: INTER/US/ASIA.
  • Produce briefs with the creative agency for new projects, summarizing all the elements gathered. Monitor the creation of each project.
  • Follow-up of EXE/BAG packaging documents for lips, eyes and complexion (proofreading, correction and validation).
  • Coordinate the follow-up of several artworks creations following new regulations (BREXIT/ASIE compliance, new sorting instructions, complete restoration of the make-up catalog following a graphic charter overhaul).
  • Respond to country requests for artworks.
  • Monitor administrative deadlines for product development, document delivery table, packaging document tracking
