Ruinart is the oldest champagne house, founded in 1729 in Reims by Nicolas Ruinart. Ruinart is renowned for its expertise and attachment to the Chardonnay grape, which dominates its cuvées, giving them finesse and elegance. Its flagship champagnes include Blanc de Blancs, Rosé and the prestigious Cuvée Dom Ruinart. The house is also distinguished by its chalk quarries, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and its commitment to sustainable development.
The year 2024, and more precisely October 4, 2024, saw the birth of Pavillon Nicolas at 4 Rue des Crayères. It includes several tasting rooms, a new boutique and the brand-new Bar by Ruinart.
