Its flagship champagnes include Blanc de Blancs, Rosé and the prestigious Cuvée Dom Ruinart. The house is also distinguished by its chalk quarries, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and its commitment to sustainable development.

The year 2024, and more precisely October 4, 2024, saw the birth of Pavillon Nicolas at 4 Rue des Crayères. It includes several tasting rooms, a new boutique and the brand-new Bar by Ruinart.
