MISSION
The Procurement Apprentice oversees the day-to-day operations of the Oetker Collection Purchasing Department, supporting the Collection and with specific responsibilities for coordinating and implementing procurement-related tasks.
Main responsibilities :
- Daily management of contracts with our preferred and recommended suppliers.
- Various purchasing analyses (reports, audits, KPIs, etc.).
- Participate in the analysis of supplier global spend data.
- Automate dashboards accordingly via Power BI or Excel.
- Be responsible for communication tools and prepare content for our online platforms.
- Contribute to our meetings, presentations and events.
- Ensure that procurement processes comply with sustainability standards.
- Support operations and negotiations.
PROFILE
Key skills and competencies :
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Creative and presentation skills; experience with Canva and PowerPoint.
- TOSA & MOS certifications are a plus.
- Experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
